Development Progress

The development of Valle de Acrópolis is moving forward steadily in its initial phase of urban development and land preparation.

To date, the paving of the visitor parking area has been completed, the business lounge has been fitted out, and 95% of the road structure that organizes the condominium has been opened.

Progress has also been made on the installation of inspection wells for the sanitary network and on the base infrastructure for the wastewater treatment plant, establishing the first steps toward a self-sufficient and well-planned environment.

We want the decision to feel calm, not overwhelming. That is why Urbalia stands by your side as an independent advisor, while the purchase itself and the formal commitments remain directly with the project developer. In this way, each party does what it does best. 

1. What Urbalia does

Urbalia S.A.S. is the real estate firm that promotes and commercializes the project, connecting interested buyers with the developer/builder.
We do not design, build, manage, finance, or deliver the properties. Our role is to provide clear information, guidance, and structure throughout the process.

2. Who you sign with and who is responsible

Purchase agreements, deeds, warranties, and after-sales service are entered into and managed directly with the project developer and, where applicable, through its fiduciary entity.
They are responsible for the construction, timelines, quality standards, and delivery of the home.

3. Payments and handling of funds

Urbalia does not receive or administer buyer funds.
All payments, including reservation fees, installments, and balances, are made exclusively to the official accounts of the developer or the fiduciary, following their instructions. This ensures your funds always go directly to the party responsible for the project, without passing through third parties.

4. Commercial information and possible adjustments

The information on this site and in related materials, including prices, private and built areas, specifications, renderings, amenities, phases, and timelines, is commercial and for reference purposes.
It may change due to technical decisions, regulations, licensing, or material availability. Before you make a decision, we always show you the current version available in the sales office and in the developer’s official documents.

5. Licenses and regulations

The execution of the project depends on applicable urban planning permits and technical regulations.
You may request supporting documents and the current licensing status directly from the developer. If you wish, Urbalia can help you obtain and understand them, so you have clarity regarding the project’s regulatory framework.

By submitting your details, you authorize their use for project-related contact and commercial management.
You may update, correct, or delete your information at any time through our channels. Your data is only shared with the developer and/or the fiduciary when necessary to move your purchase process forward.

7. Scope of our guidance

Urbalia provides commercial guidance and structured information throughout the stages of interest, negotiation, purchase promise, and deed execution.
This guidance does not replace independent legal, technical, financial, or tax advice. If needed, we can help coordinate it or refer you to specialized professionals.

8. Third-party information and materials
